If a composer is lucky, perhaps a handful of times in one’s life he might get the opportunity to score a project who’s focus is simply to bring beauty to the world. This is one of those rare projects.

Originally composed for PBS and Arizona Public Television projects such as “Over Arizona,” “Legends and Dreamers,” and “Barry Goldwater, Photographs and Memories,” the music from these CDs is designed to evoke the grandeur of the American West and all its emotions.

It features orchestral colors combined with Native American flutes, acoustic guitars and an occasional banjo. The collection includes the Emmy Award nominated score for Visions of Arizona.

Every now and again a composer will get a crazy idea that just won’t go away.

This thirty minute orchestral suite tells how the Village of Theramore is saved from the wrath of Erutan by the power of love.
